In 1997, I graduated from the Faculty of General Medicine of the Semmelweis University of Medicine with a "summa cum laude" qualification.
I wanted to be a doctor since I was a child, I was very attracted to surgical professions. During my university years, I was most interested in surgery. The VI. however, it became obvious to me during my annual obstetrics-gynecology internship that I would choose obstetrics. The location of the internship, the then I. Sz. Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic on Baross Street, captivated me, so I started here after graduation and continued my medical work here for 14 years.
In addition to performing obstetrics and gynecological surgeries, my daily routine included teaching and examining medical students and doing research. My scientific activity was primarily focused on pregnancy pathology, including gestational hypertension, as well as menopausal medicine and the premature ovarian failure clinic.
When I was 35 years old, I became a duty manager, and at the same time, I became the head of the pregnancy pathology department. As the top institution for progressive patient care, we have welcomed expectant mothers referred to us with problematic, pathological pregnancies throughout the country. The 5 years I spent at the head of the department enriched my knowledge with exceptional experiences.
In January 2012, I was assigned to the obstetrics and gynecology department of the Uzsoki Utca Hospital, where I was responsible for managing the delivery room and the obstetrics department. The nine years spent here brought progress mainly in terms of laparoscopic surgeries. In addition, the "public hospital" activity brought me further independence and further development of my decision-making ability.
Due to the changes in the law, October 2020 was a great challenge for my further employment. As a result of my decision - leaving the path I had followed for 23 years - I started in the direction of private healthcare. I am the deputy chief physician of the maternity center of the Duna Medical Center, at the institute I take care of my patients who require inpatient care (obstetric management, caesarean section, minor gynecological procedures, laparoscopic surgeries, and procedures requiring open abdominal surgery).
My scientific activity:
