A conscious choice of age-appropriate sports can help prevent disease, but for any new start, especially after a period of inactivity, it is essential to assess the general health of the body. Participants in the programme will undergo a cardiac and pulmonary function and lung capacity test, which will be followed by a detailed analysis of the laboratory results, including a sports physiology analysis.
