Dr. Barna Boldog is an internationally recognized surgeon with more than 36 years of surgical experience in Switzerland. His main areas of expertise include minimally invasive abdominal and thoracic surgery (laparoscopy), with a particular focus on single-port (single-incision) surgical techniques, as well as bariatric (obesity) surgery.
During his career, he has performed more than 15,000 abdominal and thoracic procedures, as well as over 15,000 general surgical operations. He has been using laparoscopic techniques for more than 30 years and has been performing single-port surgeries for 15 years, offering patients less pain, faster recovery, and excellent aesthetic outcomes.
