Dear Parents and Expectant Parents,

In an unexpected emergency, the most important thing is knowing what to do until professional help arrives. During the course, we discuss the most important infant emergency situations in a clear, easy-to-understand, and practical way, then reinforce the key steps through hands-on practice in a safe environment.

The goal is not to “train heroes,” but to help you leave feeling calm, competent, and confident through practical knowledge and guided practice.

  • Learn clear and reliable responses to real-life emergency situations
  • Strong practical focus: infant CPR and choking response training

The Instructor

Zsuzsanna Hadnagy

Infant First Aid and CPR Instructor • Also a mother

During the course, she supports participants not only as a healthcare professional, but also as a mother — offering practical, empathetic, and easy-to-follow guidance to help parents know what to do until help arrives. Her goal is for participants to leave feeling informed, capable, and confident through both knowledge and hands-on practice.

By the end of the session, the group often becomes a small supportive community, learning not only from the instructor, but also from each other’s questions and shared practice while working through realistic scenarios in a safe and welcoming environment.
