Rita Bagdány
I graduated from the University of Szeged in 2015 as a registered nurse, and already during my studies it became clear to me that caring for newborns was the field closest to my heart. I began my professional career in the neonatal intensive care unit in Szeged, where I gained not only invaluable professional experience but also many meaningful personal lessons. To this day, I look back with great gratitude on my colleagues there, whose knowledge, patience, and compassion had a profound impact on me.
In my work, it is especially important to me that both babies and their parents feel safe and cared for in a warm and supportive environment. I believe that attention, patience, and empathy are just as essential parts of care as professional expertise.
