A message to the future

With the help of a crane, the time capsule of the Duna Medical Center Hospital was brought down three stories, which Dr. János Bácskai, Budapest IX. the mayor of the district, the investors of the institution, Igor Iankovskyi and Amir Nachumi, and dr. A message to the future

According to tradition, the capsule contained, among other things, newspapers of the day, plans, a commemorative card and coins.

Few people know that the area where the new hospital of the Danube Medical Center is being built has a rich past: the Danube Freight Station was located here, which was an important link in the capital's food supply chain.

Later, after the traffic of the railway station subsided, the MÁVAG Bridge and Crane Factory was located here; the elements of the Erzsébet bridge were also found at the gate of this factory.

Referring to the site's past and future goals, Igor Iankovskyi emphasized: "Now, following our predecessors, with the energy of an express train and the commitment of our colleagues, we will not only build the largest private hospital in Hungary, but we will also create a bridge to better healthcare, a better quality of life and excellent services."
