What should we pay attention to when using contact lenses?
In order to protect the cornea, the ideal type and size of lens and the most suitable storage liquid must be selected by the appropriate specialist. Do not store contact lenses in tap water.
It is not recommended or even forbidden to use contact lenses while sleeping, except for contact lenses fitted by an ophthalmologist for therapeutic purposes and those special lenses used to treat myopia at night. Contact lenses should not be worn beyond the permitted use time, as this can lead to infection and loss of the cornea.
