Tasks

• Filing, processing, reconciliation, checking and preparation of incoming invoices for accounting
• Preparation of bank transfers
• Periodic consultations
• Organization and filing of documents
• Contact with customers, suppliers and company partners
• Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks
