You DO NOT HAVE TO COME IN TO TRANSFER YOUR PRESCRIPTION, WE CAN EITHER SEND IT TO YOU ELECTRONICALLY ("in the cloud" where any pharmacy can retrieve it) OR MAIL IT TO YOU!

We can only prescribe a prescription to a patient who has already visited our institution and for whom the prescription has been previously prescribed.

If you want a prescription, please write to our colleagues first and send the following details:

• Your name
• Your date of birth
• Name of the medicine you wish to prescribe (how many monthly doses)

to recept@dunamedical.com.

Our staff will then check the prescribability of the medicine. If they inform you that yes - AND ONLY THEN! - you can buy the prescription for HUF 7,000 from our webshop.

Our staff will then contact you to discuss how to get your prescription.

This can be

• E-Prescription: in this case, the prescription is stored in a database in EESZT (Electronic Health Service Space) and you can pick up your medicine (or, during an emergency ordered due to the coronavirus situation, the person to whom you hand over your documents) at any pharmacy with your ID card and your social security card (or ePassport if you have one).
• Traditional prescription - sent to you by post. If you are sending a traditional prescription, please allow for postal delays, which may increase in the current circumstances.
